  • Vinification: In the spring following the harvest, a draft liqueur is added to the base wine. Placed in 75 Cl bottles that are closed with a crown cap and stacked in the cellar where the second fermentation begins (foaming). The product remains on the lees for over 30 months before being disgorged and marketed
  • Sensorial characteristic: Fine hints of yellow fruit with citrus nuances, bread crust on the nose. It has a creamy and soft perlage, followed by a slightly almond finish with good persistence on the palate.
