Ribolla Gialla is an autochthon vine, which grown exclusively in Friuli Venezia Giulia. It is characterized by its golden straw yellow color, a delicate floreal aroma and apple and yellow peach hints. The taste is soft and harmonious with a fine and light perlage that envelops the palate, giving fascinating taste sensations. Being for more than twenty months on yeasts, its characteristics are accentuates making it a very fresh and delicate wine.
